Adult Psychiatric Care specializing in ADHD

Offering both in person and telehealth appointments
Approach
I believe in a thoughtful, balanced approach to mental health care. My goal is to use the fewest medications at the lowest effective dose while supporting you in feeling and functioning at your best. Medication can be an important tool, but it’s only one part of a comprehensive plan.
I take a whole-person, collaborative approach that incorporates evidence-based strategies around sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, and supportive daily routines. We’ll look at how different aspects of your life interact and build a plan that feels realistic and sustainable—not one that assumes you have unlimited time, perfect structure, or an affinity for color-coded planners. My goal is to help you find strategies that genuinely fit your life, your strengths, and your goals.
Together, we create a personalized plan that respects your lived experience and supports long-term wellbeing in a practical, achievable way. Learn more in the About section.
Contact & Intake Process
To get started, submit an inquiry through the Contact page with your basic information and insurance details. I’ll review your message and reach out by email to schedule a brief consult call to ensure this clinic is a good fit for your needs.
If we move forward, you’ll receive access to the secure patient portal to complete intake forms and self-assessments before your first appointment. I offer both in-person and telehealth visits, though I do prefer that at least one appointment to be in-person at my North Portland office.
New patient appointments are typically 60 minutes, and ADHD evaluations typically take two to three separate, hour long appointments. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on your needs, with a minimum requirement of once every three months.
